Genius Hour Intro

I have chosen this rubric for a few reasons. Firstly I think that creating a timeline, or action plan is important. I find that I need to have goals, and dates where I need to have things completed in order for me to stay on track, and get things done on time. For this reason, having a defined schedule for completing various parts of my project is important for me to do, and be evaluated on.  

Productivity is also a very important aspect for my specific genius hour project. I will end up (hopefully) with a final, concrete product when I finish my loom, and my first looming project. Therefore I need to make sure I am productive with my time, and resources.
Lastly, I think that the Grit/Hustle is an important part of my evaluation. Obstacles are inevitable when trying something new, but in order to stay on top of my schedule, and meet my goals, I need to tackle obstacles, and stay focused.
For assessment, I think it is important for me to be assessed through my blog, and the weekly updates about how my project is going, as well as my final product (loom, and project). I plan to take pictures as I go along, to document my progress.
